I liked the friendly staff and the beautiful path to go to the rooms. You transported me to an enchanted world. The shower was extraordinary with the aromatic soap. I really enjoyed my shower, after traveling the whole day from San Juan. Thanks. Keep the good work.

Hotel Mayaguez Plaza, BW Signature Collection was easy accommodation. The staff for all shifts were very friendly and attentive. Jennifer who checked us in was great and attentive. Muchas gracias a todo el personnel del hotel y Naomi de housekeeping.

Lovely repurposing of a historic building in the center of town. Very friendly and proactive staff. Great location for exploring Mayaguez. Comfortable bed! Great eateries at walking distance!
